Refund policy
Products purchased from Le Art Shop include a 14-day refund option from the day that you received the parcel (Note: Items bought during a sale, or in the sale category, and gift cards are not entitled to return/refund).
We will not entertain change-of-mind as a valid reason for a refund. A refund will be made only when the product received is faulty, damaged or a packing error from our end.
We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
All returned items need to be in an unused condition, completed with the original packaging included in the parcel. We do not accept any products without its original packaging and a proof of purchase.
For any condition that you suspect it is a damage during transit, kindly contact us.
Refunds
Your refund will be for the price of the exchange item, not inclusive of original postage paid. If your item was sent with free shipping, we may withhold the cost of the original postage. Please note that all refunds will be made via store credit equivalent to your purchase value and will be credited to you in a discount code format that will be emailed to you thereafter.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or was a packing error, Le Art Shop will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund via online store credit in a discount code format.
Exchanges
You will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to us and you will need to pay for postage again for us to ship the product back to you (if you opt for an exchange).

If you would like to exchange or return a product you have purchased, please contact us at info@leartshop.com, or drop us a message using the Messenger on our website with your order number, the product you want to exchange or return, and the reason for exchange and return.
